  • Our experienced and ARLA qualified negotiators can collect prospective tenants from train stations and will accompany you on viewings to find your ideal property and once secured, will process your tenant referencing that you are referenced and receive comprehensive paperwork in relation to your proposed tenancy.  We understand how important it is for you to understand and agree to the legal documentation that you will be required to sign and it is for this reason that our tenancy agreements are written in plain English with an easy to follow format.  You are given ample opportunity throughout the referencing / tenancy administration process to question any paperwork or procedures and we will always provide a professional and honest answer.
  • We understand that tenants are concerned about the safety of their deposit and are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which protects your deposit.  Our up to the minute tenancy agreements clearly detail all the information you require and more importantly outline how your deposit will be held and finalised at the end of your tenancy.  You will receive a certificate with a unique number in relation to your deposit.
  • We always recommend that a full independent inventory is taken to protect both parties and use, in our opinion an excellent inventory company with a proven track record for accuracy.  We have an extremely good record in relation to successful deposit finalisations and work with both the tenant and the landlord to finalise deposits to everyone's satisfaction in the shortest possible timescale.
  • As soon as your tenancy commences you will be allocated your own Property Manager who will remain your main point of contact throughout your tenancy and any renewal.  Our highly experienced Property Management team are all ARLA qualified and based locally, a Property Manager can be at any property within 20 minutes in the event of an emergency if required.
