Disposal: The land team have considerable experience in the successful and timely disposal of a variety of types of development opportunities.  We have a wide spectrum of developers and investors working with us purchasing single to multiple unit schemes across south London.  The service includes, identification of purchase parties, management of sealed-bid process and disposal strategy to maximise clients planning gain / return.

Acquisition: Our functional specialists are able to facilitate investors and developers looking for new projects in a number of ways including site identification, indicative appraisal, option negotiation and conditional purchase contract agreement.

Commercial

The commercial team handle the acquisition and disposal retail property, office space and light industrial units on a freehold and leasehold basis. The team pride themselves on  providing Investor and Landlord clients with the market-leading,  full service property-specific disposal strategy incorporating the full range of routes to market.  The proactive marketing approach and direct access to requirements at source allows for identification of the most suitable occupier / purchaser for clients’ property in the optimum time-frame, whilst ensuring that the value of clients’ assets are maximised.

The property search and acquisition service allows retained investor and occupier clients to maximise on the teams access to the market and outsource the entire acquisition process.  Based on clients specific requirements the team identify potential opportunities, advise on and negotiate best terms for acquisition, and manage the transaction through to legal completion.

Bus routes are also excellent with the 37 bus taking you to Brixton in 5 Minutes or continue on to Clapham Common in 15 minutes. Walking or cycling you will find everything closer than you realised; Brockwell Park literally on your door step, Brixton just 1 mile, Dulwich Village ¾ of a mile and if you want to cycle into London its just 4 miles from Herne Hill to Victoria.

Local amenities

Herne Hill has a good level of local amenities with the main supermarket being Sainsburys on the corner of Herne Hill and Half Moon Lane. There are a number of excellent restaurants including Number 22 (Modern Mediterranean), Pullens Dining Room & Bar, Olleys Fish Experience and Lombok Thai Restaurant to name just a few. Also the landmark Half Moon Pub on Half Moon Lane, The Florence and Prince Regent both on Dulwich Road. Herne Hill also has plenty of useful independent shops from Cobblers to Electrical Shops, Dental Practices to Bakery’s, Hairdressers, Newsagents, Estate Agents the list goes on.  Other facilities include Brockwell Lido, Brockwell Park, the Boxing Gym above the Half Moon Pub, Dulwich and Sydenham Hill Golf Course and Old Alleynian Rugby club.
