Our access to the market and comprehensive in-house transaction database ensures that our clients’ position is strengthened in landlord and tenant negotiations. 

We provide specialist advice as to obligation, cost implication and legal process at the following lease events:

Business Rates

Our business rates appeal service is solely focused on recognising opportunities to minimise our clients’ business rates liability. Our full service approach includes advice as to current rates liability, assessment and basis of grounds for re-valuation, preparation and submission of appeal, negotiation with the Valuation Office Agency and where applicable, representation at Valuation Tribunal. 

Property Survey

Whilst Pedder do not provide property valuation and survey services in-house, we work closely with local independent Chartered Surveyors who have a proven track record within the local market place. Our preferred business partners pride themselves on excellent customer service standards, are fully independent and regulated by the RICS. With over 15 years’ experience in south London, they are best placed to provide expert advice across all types of residential and commercial property offering services ranging from independent valuation, building survey, full structural survey, schedule of condition and dilapidations reports.
