"We made the move from East Dulwich about 7 years ago, having to forgo a desirable location for a bigger, more affordable, house. During that time we've renovated every part of the house and have fallen in love with the rapidly changing area.

We've got easy access to so many places and amenities and our road is such a lovely community full of friendly faces. On our doorstep, there is a great new cafe called Cafe SE20, plus 4 supermarkets. It's then just a short walk to the bars and cafes of Crystal Palace and Penge, plus the brilliant Crystal Palace Park. Plus, you're only 10/15 mins to Dulwich, East Dulwich, Herne Hill, Beckenham, Norwood etc. while London Gatwick, City and Heathrow are all less than an hour away.

If you have/want kids it's a great family area too with loads of Parks (one right across the road), Cafes, leisure centres and kids activities. We adore the house having spent so much time renovating it, so we'll be sad to say goodbye when we move up North to be closer to family."
