The Dulwich Estate is a registered charity established by Edward Alleyn in 1619 to offer educational opportunities to disadvantaged children. It invests income from the land and property to enable education for young people; provide homes for the elderly in Dulwich in our historic Almshouse; look after Christ’s Chapel of God’s Gift at Dulwich and maintain the vibrant neighbourhoods unique to Dulwich.
