How do virtual viewings work?

We are working with our homeowners, landlords and a professional virtual tour company to provide videos of all properties for sale and to rent. These videos can be seen on our website, Rightmove and our YouTube channel along with photographs and floorplans. If a more in-depth virtual tour is required this can be arranged on a case by case basis with one of our experienced agents, who are on hand throughout your property journey to offer their advice and guidance.
 
We are seeing strong demand from buyers and tenants. Virtual viewings have proved popular since the implementation of the lockdown. We have received offers on the basis of these types of viewings.
 
 If you would like to arrange a virtual viewing, there is an enquiry form on every property page where you can request this service. You can also use our live chat function to request a viewing.

How do virtual valuations work?
 
Since the lockdown was implemented, we have introduced virtual valuations as a service we are able to offer. Our experienced management team have been working in South East London for a long time and their expertise on the area they operate is outstanding.
 
You can request a virtual valuation via our request a valuation page, our homepage, our live chat function or by contacting an office directly using the contact us page. Once you have done this, one of our managers will contact you to find out more information on the property and will provide the relevant instructions to send your walk-through media. Once they have this, they will be able to provide you with an accurate valuation.
 
 We have had a number of instructions via virtual valuations, as well people who want to put their property on the market subject to a safe, socially distanced valuation. Finally, we have spoken to a lot of potential vendors who were keen to have a discussion with our knowledgeable staff on their future property plans.
